Born in Burbank, California and creatively shaped by a decade spent in Austin, Texas, Julie Nyznik is a Production Designer and Art Director driven by visual storytelling and hands-on world-building. She works across television, feature films, short films, and music videos—designing environments that feel intentional, lived-in, and emotionally grounded.

Julie’s work spans across set design, set building, set decoration, graphic design, and prop building, with additional experience as a Prop Master, Graphic Designer, and Armorer Assistant. Whether building bold, stylized worlds or subtle, realistic spaces, Julie thrives on transforming blank canvases into cinematic environments that enhance character, tone, and story.
