NARRATIVES

Designed with less than one month of prep and a two-person art department, Discomfort, Texas transformed 14 completely blank locations into fully realized sets, including eight builds inside an abandoned warehouse. Each space required basic renovations before design could begin, turning raw environments into story-driven worlds.

All set decoration was thrifted, sourced, found, built, or pulled from personal collections, emphasizing resourcefulness, collaboration, and intentional design under extreme time and budget constraints.

CRYSTAL VISIONS (FEATURE) UNRELEASED

PRODUCTION DESIGNER, 2025

Designed as a multi-decade period piece, this feature follows Stevie Nicks’ life and career from the 1970s through present day. As Production Designer, I created evolving environments that captured the spirit, texture, and cultural shifts of each era—balancing historical detail with cinematic storytelling.

From intimate personal spaces to larger cultural moments, the production design reflected changing time periods while maintaining visual continuity, allowing the world to age, transform, and mature alongside the character.

CEILING (FEATURE)

SET DRESSER, 2025

Ceiling was produced over two months of continuous overnight shoots in Simi Valley, operating on a fully nocturnal schedule. The art department dressed an expansive cityscape set, transforming the same street into multiple distinct worlds as the story follows a man moving through a dreamlike version of his life.

Working within this shifting environment, we pushed creative and technical limits—building and dressing a bar, school, wedding, and multiple apartments, all within the same cityscape footprint. Each transformation required intentional visual language and rapid adaptation, allowing the space to evolve seamlessly while maintaining narrative continuity across the dreamscape.
